Terms and Conditions Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Paradosso Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U62013HR2025PTC138291), with its registered office at 3172, Sector 49, Faridabad, Haryana, 121001, India ("Paradosso", "we", "us", "our").

They govern your use of the KyaHoga mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By continuing on the login screen, or by using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm this. The app checks the date of birth you enter and does not allow anyone under 18 to continue. We may ask you to confirm your age again, and we may suspend any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. What KyaHoga is, and what it is not

KyaHoga lets you chat with an AI-powered Vedic astrology assistant. The assistant uses the birth details you provide, together with standard astrological calculations, to generate interpretations in the Jyotish tradition.

Please understand the following clearly:

  1. You are talking to an AI, not a human. The assistant's name and persona are a product feature. It has no supernatural powers.
  2. Astrology is an interpretive tradition. Responses reflect traditional beliefs and the assistant's reading of them. They are not scientifically proven predictions and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or error-free.
  3. No professional advice. Nothing in the Service is medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. Do not use it to decide about treatment, medication, relationships, legal action, money or safety. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.
  4. AI can make mistakes. Answers may be wrong, inconsistent or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgement.
  5. In an emergency, or if you feel unsafe or are thinking of harming yourself, please contact local emergency services (112 in India) or a trusted person. The Service is not an emergency service.
  6. A third-party AI provider processes your details. To generate replies, we send your name, date, time and place of birth (with map coordinates) and your chat messages to a third-party AI service provider. By using the Service, you agree to this. It does not use them to train its models, and we do not use your chats to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Your account

  • You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You need an Indian mobile number that you own.
  • You must give accurate details, including your date, time and place of birth. Birth details cannot be changed after you save them, because they define your chart. Check them carefully before saving.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and OTPs safe. Tell us promptly at contact@paradosso.in if you think someone else is using your account.
  • One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.

5. Free questions and credits

  • Each new account receives a one-time welcome credit that covers 3 free questions. It is given once per account and is not repeated daily or on re-login.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged.
  • We may issue promotional or goodwill credits on specific occasions at our discretion. These are not automatic or recurring.
  • We may take reasonable steps to stop misuse of free credits, including limiting credits for repeat registrations.
  • Paid features are not available in this version. If we introduce them, we will show the price, what is included, and refund and cancellation terms before you pay, and you will have to accept separate terms.

6. Your content and our content

Your content. Messages you send and details you provide stay yours. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display them only to operate, secure, support and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy, including sending them to the AI provider that generates replies. We do not use your chats to train AI models.

AI responses. You may use responses for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Because responses are generated by AI, similar answers may be given to other users, and we do not promise they are unique or free of third-party rights.

Our content. The app, design, text, graphics, software, the name "KyaHoga" and logos belong to Paradosso or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international law. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your device for its intended purpose. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape or resell any part of it, except where law allows.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • use the Service to harass, threaten, abuse or defame anyone, or to plan harm to yourself or others;
  • enter another person's personal details unless you have a good reason to do so (see section 8);
  • try to trick, jailbreak or manipulate the AI into harmful, unlawful or misleading output;
  • use bots, scripts, scraping or other automated means; overload, probe or attack our systems; or bypass security, OTP limits or free-question limits;
  • create multiple accounts to get repeated free credits;
  • use the Service for commercial purposes, to provide astrology services to others, or to build a competing product or dataset;
  • present AI answers to others as advice from a human or as guaranteed predictions.

8. Other people's details

If you ask about another person, for example a partner or family member, you are responsible for having a good reason to share their details. Do not share sensitive details about them. Predictions about other people are only interpretation and cannot show what they think, feel or intend.

9. Reporting concerns

If an AI response is offensive, harmful, inaccurate or unsafe, please write to us at contact@paradosso.in. We review reports and use them to improve safety. See section 17 for grievances.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, such as cloud hosting, SMS delivery, AI service providers, place search, analytics and crash reporting. They are described in the Privacy Policy. Their own terms may apply. We are not responsible for services we do not control, but we remain responsible to you for the Service we provide.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice where practicable.

12. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or by writing to contact@paradosso.in from your registered number. Deleting your account is permanent. What we erase and what we must keep is explained in the Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, put others or the Service at risk, or if the law requires. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and how to contact us.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not make promises about the accuracy, reliability or suitability of astrological interpretations or AI responses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions you make based on astrological or AI content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and (b) ₹1,000. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything the law does not allow us to limit.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply from the date we publish them at /kyahoga/tnc.html, and the "Last updated" date will change. For changes that materially affect your rights, we will show a notice in the app. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account. We may also ask you to expressly accept the updated Terms before you continue, and if we do, you must accept them to keep using the Service. Changes do not apply to anything that happened before the change, and where the law requires fresh consent, we will ask for it.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at the grievance address below so we can try to resolve the matter. Subject to applicable law, the courts of competent jurisdiction at Faridabad, Haryana, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms. This does not limit your right to approach a consumer commission or any other forum that the law gives you.

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. Privacy-related requests are handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

18. General

  • These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
  • If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business, if your rights are not reduced.
  • We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, for example outages of telecom or cloud providers, natural disasters, or government orders.
  • Electronic records of your acceptance (version, date and time) serve as evidence of agreement.
